We can program in structured text, function block or ladder logic to suit any preferred site standard. All of our programs are written with comments and split into logical sections to allow easy logic diagnosis and fault finding. HMI’s layouts and controls are designed with a focus on useability. We have experience in commissioning and maintaining PLC and HMI systems remotely via a 4G modem or local internet connection and secure VPN tunnel.

We are experienced in supplying and supporting VSD systems in the water and wastewater industries. We can optimise the drive to the motor, set up advanced protections for the motor or pump, and set up controls for full PID speed control or fixed speed soft start/soft stop systems.

SCADA systems remotely monitor and control any sensor or device from a centrally controlled platform via radio transmission, 4/5G mobile network, low data IoT network or hard-wired connections. We have experience in programming SCADA systems to capture relevant data, alarms and display it in relevant ways so that supply of the central platform or integrate into an existing system.

We are skilled in setting up industrial networks (hardware) and programming and fault finding for the many and varied communication languages, such as Modbus RTU & TCP, Bacnet and Ethernet IP.

We offer installation, replacement and fault finding for many different sensors, including piezo, proximity, transducers, ultrasonic, radar and flow meters, which send signals in different ways, such as digital, 0-10V, 4-20mA, Modbus and TCP.

With many years’ experience in providing remote technical support via the phone and video links, we can support onsite technicians in fault finding of simple and complex electrical systems.
