PROJECTS

  • Lake Mountain Chalet

Lake mountain is an alpine resort located near Marysville. The job was to wire the electrical systems in the new chalet which was being built after the fires went through the area. This was an interesting site to work on and was rewarding to be a part of this building coming to fruition.

  • Sewer Transfer & Discharge System

As part of the upgrade of an accommodation facility a new sewer transfer system was required to receive and transfer all the sewer back to a central pump station which would then discharge into the main town sewer system. The job required programming of each of the 11 pump stations to talk together over a local network which could then be monitored from a central location. Each pump station could operate independently or as a part of the automatic system which would prioritize the transfer and discharge of sewer from the site.

  • Super Chlorination & Filtration System

To reuse wash bay water in a container quarantine facility, a PLC and HMI program was required to control the water capture, treatment, correction, filtration to make the water suitable for reuse. The wash bay water went through a super chlorination treatment to ensure any contaminants were being neutralized prior to reuse. The HMI design allowed for user monitoring, control and data capture to ensure the performance of the system was according to EPA requirements.

  • Willinga Park Water Supply System

Willinga Park is one of Australia’s leading equestrian centres located on a 2300 acre property. The job was to integrate communication between the buildings, pumps and monitoring systems for the potable and non-potable water supplies. The communication monitored the alarms of all pumping systems along with allowing control of the water transfer to the different buildings across the site as required.
